Vision, Values and a Business-Owner Mindset

Ryan earned his bachelor’s degree in finance from Bowling Green State University with a practical goal: to understand how to manage money, both for himself and for others. That mindset led him to Merrill Lynch’s advisor training program in 2001, where his career began with long hours, cold calls, and a steep but rewarding learning curve.

He quickly developed a niche advising retirees and managing retirement plans, especially as IRA stretch rules evolved in the early 2000s. This early specialization grew into a passion for helping clients transition wealth with intention, structure, and care.

Ryan partnered with Vince Finney and Joseph Panfil, who are also Managing Directors – Investments and Senior PIM^® Portfolio Managers, to build a close-knit team at Merrill Lynch. Their collaboration continued at UBS for ten years, where they formalized their partnership, and ultimately led to the formation of the Bibler Finney Panfil Private Wealth Management Group at Wells Fargo Advisors in 2019. Having worked together for over two decades, the team reached a major milestone on July 4, 2025, overseeing more than 1 billion dollars in client assets.

As a Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor℠ (CRPC^®), Ryan is often seen as the team’s internal visionary. He drives business strategy, client experience, and firm-wide growth initiatives. Ryan is especially passionate about generational planning and the psychology behind financial decision-making, helping clients pursue their goals with clarity and confidence.

Living the Values He Helps Clients Plan For

For Ryan and his wife, Linsey, are raising their three children in Texas. Their lives are full of sports, school events, travel, and family gatherings.

Together, Ryan and Linsey co-founded the Let Light Shine Foundation, a charitable organization dedicated to uplifting communities through a wide range of initiatives, including youth sports, seasonal coat drives, orphanage development, and cancer research. Ryan remains deeply committed to creating lasting impact by guiding families through their financial journeys and nurturing his own—always with purpose, compassion, and heart.

Values and Vision

Vince’s introduction to investing came through his grandfather, a small-town pastor who taught him the power of saving and compound interest. That grounding in values-driven decision-making continues to shape Vince’s approach today. A graduate of the University of Mount Union in Ohio, Vince earned a degree in Business and helped launch the school’s first-ever business internship program, which remains active to this day.

He began his career under a leading advisor in Columbus before launching his own practice at Merrill Lynch in 2003, where he met future business colleagues Ryan Bibler and Joseph Panfil. The three built their practice together over the next decade, first at Merrill, then UBS, and now as part of Wells Fargo Advisors—where they manage more than $1 billion in assets for clients across the country.

Trusted Strategy, Personalized Service

Vince specializes in after-tax investment strategies and helps clients focus on what they keep, not just what they earn. He leads the team’s Strategic Partnership Program, collaborating with CPAs, attorneys and sports agents—especially around NIL (Name, Image, Likeness) planning for college athletes.

Clients value Vince’s relational and ethical style. He’s accessible, transparent and proactive, making himself available after hours and on weekends and ensuring clients always know what to expect through regular communication. His favorite part of the job? Helping people—especially those from modest beginnings—avoid costly mistakes and build wealth that lasts for generations.

A Life of Service Outside Finance

Vince lives in Delaware, Ohio with his wife of 19 years, Molly, and their 14-year-old twin sons, Jackson and Blake. The family is active, often traveling together and supporting their boys’ athletics. Vince enjoys running, golf and hosting family gatherings.

In 2021, he and Molly launched a family foundation focused on children’s cancer research, youth athletics, food insecurity and education. Vince also helped fund an orphanage in India, continuing his lifelong commitment to service, values and community.

Joe brings a rare combination of loyalty, strategic thinking and deep financial acumen to the Bibler Finney Panfil Private Wealth Management Group of Wells Fargo Advisors. He helps lead the team’s planning, investment and operational efforts with grounded clarity and a steady hand.

A Strategic Mind with a Planner’s Heart

Raised in central Columbus, Joe’s interest in finance was sparked by his parents, who taught him how to read stock quotes as a child. That early curiosity grew into a career when he earned his Bachelor of Arts in economics management, with a minor in accounting, from Ohio Wesleyan University.

Joe began his professional journey in 2006 at Merrill Lynch, starting as a cold caller with a relentless work ethic—spending up to 12 hours a day on the phone. It was there he met future business colleagues Ryan Bibler and Vince Finney, and by 2007 the trio had formed the core of what would become one of the region’s most respected private wealth practices.

After a decade at UBS, the team launched the Bibler Finney Panfil Private Wealth Management Group in 2018 and joined Wells Fargo Advisors, where they now manage $1B+ in assets nationwide.

Joe holds the CFP^® professional and Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC^®) designations, as well as the Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA^®)  designation, which he earned through The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. All these credentials reflect his commitment to advanced, holistic planning.

He specializes in working with corporate executives, helping them navigate complex compensation structures and optimize retirement strategies. Known as the team’s strategist, Joe balances investment expertise with people-focused service, always striving to give clients honest, thoughtful guidance.

A Life Rooted in Commitment and Community

Joe and his wife Amanda—his college sweetheart and now a professor and cancer researcher at The Ohio State University—live in Westerville with their two children, Ella and Christian.

Joe is an Ohio State football fan, youth coach and music enthusiast. He chairs the Alumni Advisory Board at OWU’s Woltemade Center and supports causes including Pelotonia, Ohio Cancer Research and Angel House, which helped fund an orphanage in India.

He thrives on building lifelong client relationships and doing meaningful work that can positively impact families for generations.
