The service platform that BFP uses has been developed and refined over the last two decades. We feel service is the key to keeping the planning and investment management working as efficiently as possible so that we can create a level of comfort rarely found in most people's financial lives. We believe most teams in this business say they have a service plan in place, but saying and doing are two very different things.
At BFP, our clients – based on their specific needs – will receive a monthly or quarterly call, always scheduled a year in advance, along with quarterly portfolio reviews, annual in-person meetings, and an annual financial plan update. This is the minimum commitment we make to our clients. Additional calls, meetings, plan updates, and more are always welcome.
By committing time to each client a year in advance, we are able to look deeper than other advisors. These calls allow us to stay up-to-date on our clients' changing situations, and we're able to have intimate conversations about all aspects of the financial and personal lives. We enjoy acting as a sounding board with our clients for many matters.
